A1 Brows

My wallet was stolen by a fellow customer at this location. The owner called me personally and let me know via their security cameras. They didn't have to go above and beyond like they did searching for who stole it but I sincerely appreciate it. Other than this incident they do amazing brows and waxing services. I come and see them regularly every 2 weeks, I look and feel amazing after every visit!

I’ve been coming to A1 brows at both locations for many years because I am happy by the way they do my eyebrows and treat me. I have never experienced discrimination or racism from any of the staff here especially not from the owner Barsha. She is so hardworking and loving person! I don’t stand for anybody that blasphemous from only two visits. I have seen many Indian customers that happily come back. Please take your means comments elsewhere!

If you're an Indian origin and want to face racism go to this place, this lady Varsha , happily welcomed me seated me at a service chair ,then another American origin lady came she immediately told me another working lady will take care of you I have to get that American lady even though the another worker was not even free , I am going to report this racism. Then when I complained she said o only take by appointment even though it's walk in and that another person could have waited happily I know,she would have not dared to move someone else from seat unless it's Indian . She lost a customer for life .

I'm so disappointed. I told the lady, not to thin. I have naturally thick eyebrows. She did whatever she wanted to. They are so uneven. I never wear pencil on them, but I will have to, until they grow back. I told her, that she did them to thin, her response was, "thick eyebrows don't look good ". What happened to giving the customer what they asked for. I paid, tip still and left. Yes I tipped still. She still completed the service, even though it wasn't what I asked for, or wanted. I won't go back, or recommend.

Had a wonderful, thorough and thoughtful experience with eye brow threading that was 15$. The women there took her time to make sure my eyebrows looked great, I could feel her marking out the lines and I loved how she did one brow first then asked me how i liked it so that way I could give feedback right away before she moved onto the next brow. This attention to detail and thoughtful approach will keep me coming back thank you !
