So pissed off, I just started using Shauna and we came for our appt and already waited 20 mins over and she was taking another client, said it would be an additional 20-30 mins. That’s absolutely outrageous and not okay. An hour over?? Plus I hauled children in the rain for this. I am so pissed. She didn’t even apologize just said “we can reschedule. Like what? Not to mention the first appt I had with her she had the worst attitude the entire time and was so rude which I slightly had empathy for because she said she has shoulder problems but she was just miserable the entire time and I truly believe it affects her work ethic. Lindsay always does such a wonderful job on my hair! I highly recommend her!! Everyone that works here seems very nice. Also, the building is so cute and the location is great.

I made an appt with shawna and she was rude and irritated the whole time. Not sure what I did to piss her off but she was mean and short and just not nice.

I made this appointment well in advance and specifically told the stylist over the phone that I wanted a blonde color service. She booked me for a day I had to rearrange my schedule for, only for me to arrive early and have her assume I just wanted a haircut. From the start, she complained with an attitude about not wanting to spend the time required for my hair, despite the fact that I’ve been maintaining full platinum since I was 16. After dismissing my request, she told me verbatim: “Yeah, I’m just going to tell you right now I’m not taking hours to do this…” This was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. When a client makes their needs clear ahead of time, the stylist should either honor the service or be upfront before booking. Wasting a client’s time and treating them dismissively
