I have been going to this nail salon for over 15 years. Mimi is my go-to nail tech. Always consistent. Always friendly and professional. I am always surprised at her speed and her amazing work. She also waxes my brows and waxes my upper lip and chin. (Hey--I'm an Italian woman ---we have hair growing where we don't want it ! 😂 Don't judge 😁😁😁😁 lol)

Been going to this salon on and off my whole life but stay for about 3 years or so forth, never have an issue Lilly has been doing an amazing job on my nails they always come out how I expect them. Never disappointed when I leave there! Nicole is also awesome! Very friendly very clean very accommodating. Attached are some shapes and designs over the years. Love these ladies.

Poor customer service. I went there to get my nails done and two of them will put on crooked. I returned. The next day will be that they can rectify the situation and the tech told me she didn’t have time to fix it so I told her I will wait until she is done with her clients so she can fix my nails. As she looked at my nails with such a horrible attitude, gripping my hands, she states the nails aren’t crooked. My fingers aren’t straight. I stated I never broke a bone in my body but OK is it possible you could repaint them so it is not noticeable? After going back-and-forth, she agreed. As she took the polish off, reshape the nail and repaint it on she was rough the whole time which was odd because she was very gentle and very kind during the first service. So don’t go to this nail salon very unprofessional!! Rude I’ve gone a couple times trying to give them a Chance and I would never spend my money with them ever again. Way better quality nails salons in the area !!!

Listen to the reviews and do not go to this salon! Tracey did my nails and they were uneven and one nail broke. I came back to get my broken nail fixed and the staff were rude and unprofessional. They told me it was the holiday and they were too busy to fix it. I waited hours before Tracey decided to fix my nail. She starts fixing my nail but stops and takes another customer. I left the salon with an unfinished nail. I do not recommend this salon. It is by far the worst salon I have ever been to.
