A Pure Spa

Came in for a mani-pedi, left with genuinely the worst experience of my life. Not only did one of the staff members start making comments about my appearance and loudly laughing at me thinking I did not understand her (I did). But the nails only lasted two days!!! I paid so much money and they didn’t even make it to the event I needed them for. I have never wrote a negative review before because I do not like to affect someone’s business. I would have gotten over the rude comments but the quality of their product itself was very poor. I will say though, to their credit. That when I directly confronted the nail technician who was speaking poorly by telling her I understood what she was saying, two other technicians were very kind to me. Place needs to close or revamp. Lazy—they set your fingers in ACETONE, turning my fingers a gastly dried out white. No one was there— on a gorgeous Friday afternoon. Employees were filing, clipping or sanding their own nails or callouses. Color samples were a mess. Littered with upsale sign’s and services. Absolutely a mess. Also a red flag when half their employees were male—mine was fine though he really didn’t seem to care.

I have been coming here for years and it’s always a great experience. Staff is very kind and helpful. No matter which service you get done it always comes out great 😊 very clean and professional!

BEWARE!! Don’t go here if you need gel polished removed!! Instead of gently soaking your nails they use aggressive electric file. They destroyed my nails. It’s been so painful. This will take months of care. I won’t be able to properly get my nails done now for months due to the severe damage this salon caused me. To make matters worse I am a hand model so this salon is costing me jobs!! Stay away from this place.
