I think the photos speak for themselves. I paid $70 for a spa pedicure and this was the end result. It looks like a toddler did my pedicure. I tried this place twice. The outcome was the similar the first time. But I tried to give this salon another short. I won’t be returning. I can’t believe I wasted so much money on whatever this is. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and did not check the outcome before leaving the salon. Mistake. Otherwise, I would have complained. This kind of job is not worth $70, or even $35.
Does this look like a good manicure to you? I’ve been coming here regularly for the past two years, and have never experienced worse service and demeanor from any of the staff like today. Not only did my nail technician do a poor job on my nails, she also demanded that I give her a higher tip. You just lost a loyal customer and all the people she’s referred.
I decided to try this place because it was close where I was running some errands. My experience was overall good, I didn’t receive any hostility from the workers. Hei (hope I spelled that right) was very kind and did a good job, he cut my cuticle a little too far and I started to bleed a little but I wasn’t upset about it, he was very kind and gentle besides that. I love the finished product, I got gel French mani and after a few days, still looks great and fresh. When I tipped, he looked at me as if confused on why I gave him the amount I gave him but he wasn’t rude at any point, I increased the amount of the tip because overall the service was good and I got what I wanted on my nails.
The ladies were very friendly but my tips came out absolutely terrible. The nail polish chipped within the first day, the very tops of my nails are already peeling. It looks like I’ve had these nails for weeks, and I got them done a few days ago. I asked for coffin and the nail shape is absolutely terrible. Some nails aren’t even the same length and they layered on the polish without letting it dry properly. I’m really disappointed, I also spent a lot of money on the nails and the polish i picked was extra because it’s supposedly “good”. It looks like I got my nails done by someone doing tips for the first time. I wish the work was as good as the people. I liked them at first but when I left I saw how bad they actually looked. I wouldn’t go back again.
Loved this place!! Staff are super friendly and kind - we were able to get a same day appointment but the place definitely filled up super fast in the afternoon. This is my gel manicure over a week after and it’s still perfect
