A Plus Nails

My friend and I had an amazing time at A+ Nails, getting manicures and pedicures for our friends wedding. Great selection of polish, high quality care. My nails and toes are perfect, feet are soft. Quiet and relaxing as well!

Very disappointing experience. I requested a simple hand cleaning with no polish, but the technician struggled to remove my previous dip, leaving white patches and a rough texture. She was juggling multiple clients, which clearly affected the quality. I was charged $95 for French toes and a basic hand cleaning — overpriced for such poor service. Not returning.

If I could give A Plus Nails no stars, I would. I went there today on 9/1 for a dip manicure before leaving on a trip. I completely understand accidents and nicks happen but the lady who did my nails took all of the skin around my nail bed off, so much so one of my nails started gushing blood. She didn’t even care, nor say sorry she just kept going aggressively and quickly after I asked her to be more careful. I have glue all over my finger tips because she cut my nails so short, my nails are also currently glued to the skin. I asked her to fix it and she did nothing. She put 5 coats of dip on, which I have never seen before, and didn’t even cover the sides of my nails!!! This is completely unacceptable, I should not have had to pay for this service. I had the jelly pedicure done and it was so amazing!!! It was the perfect relaxing experience for a manicure and pedicure! This is my new favorite nail spot and I can't wait to return! 5/5 stars

Very rude. My friend got her nails done here and the owner and another white customer were laughing at my friend and making jokes about her nails while they were getting done. Very unprofessional.
