I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone was so very friendly and cared so much about how comfortable I was during my time there. I am in love with my Christmas nails and very impressed. I will be returning and spreading the word. So happy I found A New Identity.

D is great with nails!! She provides an excellent service! The shop is so clean!! Being a diabetic I am always concerned about how my pedicure is done. She is clean and is not rushed to do my pedicure! She takes such pride in her work and it shows. I am so happy I found her!! With her basic service you get more than you would ever get at a chain nail salon!!

Have been seeing Dee for a very long time,she has also become my part time therapist and would never go anywhere else.Her other hidden gem is Jennifer who is the absolute best massage therapist, love my visits with both of them.

The whole team here is so friendly, and completely prioritize your experience and making sure you get exactly what you want with your service. They ask you every step of the way to make sure there is no uncomfortable sensations, and that the color, design, shape, etc are still aligned with your vision for your nails. Relaxing environment, and extraordinary talent and attention to details. All the staff and are extremely friendly and funny, and make you feel welcome. They take their time here to make sure you get EXACTLY what you come in hoping for. Can’t recommend enough
