A New Attitude Salon Spa

I had a hair cut and balayage done by Kim. Requested hair cut with face framing and long layers (showed Kim picture #1 for reference) with length cut below my shoulders as seen in picture. Picture #2 was end result. Kim stated she was going to cut even longer to be safe. As seen here the length is at least 4 inches shorter than what I requested and face framing long layers are nonexistent! When I told Kim she cut too short she replied “Sorry” My cut is short and choppy. When I look in the mirror I want to cry and when I look at the receipt for $200+ I get angry. Charged full price and received an apology! Now I have to go around like this for months!!! I have been going to Erin for waxing for about 8 years now. She is amazing! The room is always comfortable and clean, and she makes the experience relaxing. I've also had regular facials, hydrodermabrasion facials, and most recently a deep relaxation ritual scalp spa treatment! Her facials are amazing and my skin always glows, and feels AMAZING afterwards. If you want to spoil yourself, get a scalp spa treatment. Your scalp and hair will thank you!
