I tried to setup an appointment for a blowout relaxer back in July 2025 the owner didn't answer the phone every time I come up in person the owner never there I give it an triple F- for not reaching out and not being honest with me. The owner says she'll be there every time I come she's never there I would not recommend this salon 😡👎

Love this salon! I have been going to Miss Lacey Layne since she was in hair school and she has always done such a great job on my hair, she always know exactly what I want and gives me such great advice for my hair. Not only is she good at what she does she is so kind and caring as well as every other hairdresser there. I always recommend this salon for anyone who needs their hair done.

Love,Love,Love this place..always friendly stylist and the Owner is Awesome..never in the 10 yrs or longer Never had a complaint..I've heard Donna explain to other clients why or what could and can be done to their hair..me included. If a stylist of 30 years or longer tells you something can't be done ..listen cause you don't want your hair to fall out..Over all the best in town !!!

Got my hair cut and styled by Miss Lacey Lane. So far, she is the only person who's been able to do EXACTLY the haircut I want in the almost 6 years I've lived in Morganton. I merely showed her a photo and she was able to give me the same cut. My friends AND my husband were impressed!

I have been looking for a new stylist and found her Donna ollis is incredible. She actually spent about 15 minutes going thru and discuss what I wanted. So I will definitely be going back!! My hair looks and feels amazing!!
