OK , so I have been going to that place for 5 years, always had a good experience there, till today, they decided to assign a new person to do my massage, an older lady, the service was so horrible I had to leave after 20 min after it started cause I couldn't put up with the pain during that massage, it was harsh and painful, she also burned my back with the hot stones,I left the room after 20 min, Went and complained to the person in the front desk who still charged me for a whole hour and didn't even have the decency to apologize or offer to do anything , I'm writing this review as a warning to the future clients, be careful going to that place .

They are talking in Chinese the whole time they massage. When they finish i come out front to pay and give them $5 dollars each in tip. One of the massager really rude, he came up to me and said in angry tone. He said! Hey lady , good massage, you should tip $10 each. I think that’s so bold. Foot massage cost $20 each. I tip $5 is very fair. I really think that’s very unprofessional.
