A Healing Space, Stephanie Forsberg, LMT

I had an unexpected dismount from my daughter’s horse. My ribs were very sore for quite some time. After five months I still had pain on my left side. I went to see Stephanie. I received two treatments, I don’t know if I can call them treatments but that’s what they are. I explained to her what happened and she worked head to foot with her manual therapy then an emphasis on my left side rib cage. I received tremendous relief and can now move freely without pain. Stephanie is constantly getting training and attending classes on the weekends to learn the most current, effective manual therapy modalities to help relieve her client’s discomfort. Highly recommend Stephanie as a manual therapist!

Stephanie has a healing gift. She is excellent at what she does and has a soothing presence. She is compassionate, pragmatic, and confidential. She is constantly increasing her education and knowledge, and adding new modalities of expertise. She converted her garage into an office and receives her clients there now. This is not the place to get a relaxation massage like the kind you would on a cruise ship or in a spa. This is where to come for medical massage like physical therapy, if you are sick or in pain. It is still relaxing, but for different reasons and with different goals. I started seeing her 15 years ago when my unexplained lower back pain started. It was so bad I couldn't walk. When nothing else was helping for such a long time, my sessions with her were my only pain relief.

There can be no better massage therapist than Stephanie. It's just not possible. What has always amazed me about her is how quikly and easily she can feel tense and knotted spots with her fingers, and then ease those troubled areas with just the right amount of touch. She understands how the human body is put together, and how everything is connected. I have seen her for both acute injuries and chronic pain. She is a true professional, in the highest sense of that word. Your biggest problem will be getting in to see her. She is always booked well in advance. That's what happens when you are that good.
