Chris did an amazing job. I specifically was having issues with shoulder pain, which we discovered was coming from my Lats. I particularly appreciated his attention to detail, from the use of different pressure in problem areas to the seamless flow of techniques. He has a good understanding of the body, muscles and mind connection. The deep tissue massage was therapeutic but also stress relieving! I’d recommend Chris to anyone looking for a great masseuse!

I highly recommend Chris. He provides a professional and relaxing atmosphere and really understands the human body and how to use different techniques to relax tight, sore muscles. I lift weights 5 days a week and am very active. He made sure to focus on the areas I expressed needed the most attention and found and relieved tightness I didn’t realize I had. I have had many massages from different therapists and have to say Chris is one of the best.

Today was the second time I got a massage from Chris. I had a minor back injury a few weeks ago and I became limited with my movement. Working with Chris drastically improved my pain and mobility. Not only is the massage extremely relaxing, but you can also feel your body relieving the stress. What I like the most is that Chris knows what he is doing. Being an athlete himself, he has experienced body pain so he understands his clients needs. He also takes the time to explain both problem and improved areas during the massage and gives advice on stretches and mobility exercises that may help aid recovery. If you’re looking for someone that will help relieve stress, help aid problem areas or just need a relaxing massage, look no further. 100% recommend!

Chris gives an excellent massage. He has a deep understanding of muscle groups and their functionality. With that knowledge he also has the ability to be able to help aid in their healing through massage. He knows exactly how to relieve stressed, overworked, or injured tissues.
