I’ve never written a negative review before, but my experience was so bad I felt I must. This place literally hurt me, cut me, made me bleed. I had a glitter gel and they filed until my fingers burned. I winced in pain but they just blamed me and told me I made a bad decision with my previous nails. They lied and told me it was a gel fill but it was really just a polish, tried to trick me with the price, and aimed to embarrass me into paying it. These weren’t even good gel nails they were crooked and bumpy and uncured. The nails broke off within hours (and it was just a fill!). Pls do not go here, I can not describe the nightmare fully,
I’m honestly not sure what all the hate is about: 775 Nails is great. I’ve been to a wide variety of nail salons over the years, including private nail techs, and this place truly holds its own in terms of quality and care. Sunny did my Gel X and was incredibly gentle and detail-oriented. She took the time to prep my nails properly, which is something I don’t experience often, even at higher-priced or more “boutique” spots. The salon is clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff is so genuinely kind. If you’re on the fence because of older reviews, give them a chance. They’ve definitely earned a return visit from me!
Sonny did my gel manicure and she was amazing! Highly recommend. I was a walk in and they took me right in. Really nice place and it was clean! Thanks!
i got a manicure here with a friend and it was the best experience i’ve ever had. they were so welcoming the second we stepped through the door. they immediately got us seated and got to work. they took their time with our nails and handled us with care. absolutely loved the hot towels and hand massage. on top of that, this service was ONLY $13. you literally cannot beat it. shout out to Ana, you guys are absolutely amazing and you made my experience 10x better. you’re the best and you will be seeing me a lot more. be prepared.
I had the worst experience at this nail salon. The ladies kept making fun of my partner’s sweaty hands (he has a medical condition that causes sweaty hands) and she made such insensitive comments about how he needs to take medications for it. Secondly, I paid for an acrylic fill and they didn’t tell me it was a gel fill. The lady clearly did not know what she was doing as she started using gel polish to fill, but then drilled it all off again. How do you charge for a fill when all you did was drill my acrylics down? Now my nails are weak and you can see how uneven it is. Lady also had the audacity to ask for more tip, and I gave her more but I’ve never had someone beg me for tips especially for sloppy lazy work. Disgusting behavior. Go elsewhere to get your nails done. Lastly, I asked for
