I love getting my nails done at 718! It’s such a relaxing experience, I’m served a drink of my choice & there are fun options like cappuccino or champagne, and the staff is friendly and professional. And above all, my nails are always top quality and last so long!!! This set is my favorite so far

This is a truly lovely nail salon and one of the few in town where the service feels calm, intentional, and unrushed. From the moment I walked in, the space felt peaceful and beautifully maintained, and the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for rather than processed. My pedicure was incredibly relaxing and done with care and precision — nothing felt hurried or rough, and every step was handled thoughtfully. My gel manicure was just as lovely: gentle cuticle work, careful prep, no over-filing, and a beautifully smooth, even finish. My nails feel healthy, strong, and comfortable, and they look fantastic. This so called “nail salon” is awful do not come here to get acrylic nails. I came in October 2nd to get a fresh acrylic set the lady that did my nails did not prep them good, when she was using the glue to put the nails down she used the tiniest dot of glue the nails fell off in less than 10 days since got them done??? And it’s only October 18th and I only have 3 nails total left that didn’t fall off yet. Awful service do not come here. After calling the store within 15 days of the nails falling off the woman told me to come in on Monday the 20th. I couldn’t do that so I called to reschedule and the most rudest customer service ever the woman on the phone was very nasty saying “we would not recommend u to ever come here again” like what?? This nail salon needs to do better!!!

I initially booked for NYE and due to unforeseen circumstances, 718 had to rebook me for today. I was 15 minutes late due to an accident and being in stand still traffic. They were extremely accommodating of my timeline. The 3 stars comes from the service. I booked for a GelX new set. The nail tech initially did not start a new set. When asking if the plan was for a new set, she walked away for 10 minutes and came back. The new set was started and still no GelX builder. I paid $110 for not what I wanted nor booked even after showing the tech my booking confirmation email. The underpart of the nail was left unkept and filthy. Disappointing.
