Excellent prices and friendly helpful staff as always! Highly recommend! Perfect for those of us who only use 1-2 sizes of rollers and hate having to buy the multiple size packages only to have over half of them waste space. The carry every size and style there is, including the nearly impossible to find 1/4". Even if you do us every size in a multi pack, at $2 for 8-12, it's still cheaper to buy individually as you get more for less, and can customize your collection.

On 11/17/24 (a Sunday evening), I went to this store to purchase two items. I got there at 5:40 pm and the store was scheduled to close at 6 pm. At 5:45, the lady told me they were closing soon. I acknowledged her statement and told her I needed help finding an item. She repeated that they were closing soon, at least 3 more times. She finally helped me with what I was looking for, all the while repeating to me to hurry up because they were closing. At that point, it was 5:50pm. I told her it’s not 6pm yet. She said she was tired. Obviously, these people don’t respect their customers, the people who they make money off of. I started to leave without purchasing, but I needed the items. She tried to make up for her rudeness by handing me a comb for free, maybe because I was still being nice

This establishment exhibits clear racial bias. During my visit today, I observed how the staff interacted with their customers, and their behavior was highly concerning. A group of young girls who had just left TJ Maxx, carrying shopping bags, were approached by an employee who made a remark about moving their bags. The employee then attempted to mask the comment as a joke, stating, “TJ Maxx must have had a good sale—I need to go there.” Shortly after, another customer entered, and the staff immediately asked her, “What color hair?” Confused, the woman questioned what they were referring to, as she was not there to purchase hair products. When I reached the register, the cashier directed a question toward my 9-year-old daughter, asking if she was planning to buy it. Unaware of what she w

Prices have truly increased, a product such as shampoo & conditioner is $19.99 here but at other stores the exact same product is $12. Although previous reviews state racism I can say over the last 5 years I have received good customer service but the price will keep me away.

I'm black I visit here at least twice a week for my wife and never experience any type of racism The little ladies working at the store are just the sweetest They even have a black lady working for them at one time it was a younger black girl in there too that was working I'm not saying you guys didn't experience what you experienced but I never had a problem with the store
