Booked an appointment for 4 pm here. I get here and they’re closed. If you’re gonna be closed on Monday at least update your hours and don’t allow people to book appointments. Thanks for wasting my time. You just lost what would have been a new customer. I’ll never come here again because of that. I refuse to.

I’m not one to leave a negative review, but HIGHLY disappointed!! She is very nice & personable so I give 2 stars. Unfortunately the line up was awful - gave an additional 1/2 inch on both sides, now forehead looks huge… luckily hair grows back but I will not be back. It also reeks of stale cigarettes…

Second, technically third time here. Got a nice haircut the first time, but tried going again recently and was a little annoyed at the hours and availability. Seemed to get there between lunch and closing the second time. Tried again today though and they were just closed. No note this time, and not a trip I'm willing to risk again unfortunately.

Went here with my 4yr old for haircuts. When we got there we were greeted warmly and got right in the chairs. The woman that cut my sons hair was very engaged with him and did an amazing job on his hair gave him a pop after he was done. My haircut came out awesome. Very clean lines and faded perfectly. I recommend 100% ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to Carlene's with my 5 year old son and had an awesome experience. Carlene is awesome, professional and great with kids! The interior is so nice with high ceilings and really good ventilation (very cozy design too) and all of the barbers were wearing their masks. I felt comfortable there, and for only $20 for me and $15 for a kids cut, it's a great value too! Highly Recommended!
