Customer service wasn't on point. Had to talk to 2 people to get answers on a sale they had. It shouldn't be this hard. No body seemed to care except you better hurry and tan, we close at 9. I've been in customer service for 25 years. There's just things that you don't do that make your customers want to come back.
Very friendly staff and well maintained equipment. LOVE their program where I can put my membership on hold in the summer, only pay around $6 a month, and a certain amount of my monthly fees goes into my $5 tan account and can be used to purchase lotion later!
Love 5 dollar tan!! It's the best job I've ever had
