5 Star Nails and Spa

I don’t know how to pronounce the name, I think is tee* but she was amazing and fast, just look at my nails, I’ll definitely come back again!!

I went in on a Monday. I did not have an appointment and I was taken right in for a full set and a pedicure. All the staff was super friendly and paid very good attention to detail. The shop was very clean and the massage chairs were fantastic! Definitely will be back and recommend.

If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely will. Never in my entire life have I ever left a review but today I thought to the ones that give this place a try- DO NOT unless you want to waste your money. I’m new the area and wanted to try this place to be my nail shop. For one, I got there as soon as they opened and I sat in there for 3 and a half hours 2, I asked for LIQUID GEL (which is supposed to last longer than acrylics ) OMBRÉ. I didn’t like how they was turning out, so I asked nicely if he could redo them because I didn’t like them. One had was much blended in and the other hand wasn’t. I was told by their staff “ it’s not going to be perfect, it’s ombré, it’s not going to look the way you want it to be “. Another lady came and fixed my nails and I paid and left. I have been coming to 5 Star Nail Salon for years. I usually just take any tech that’s free at the time. For this appt, I had Tony. He is an amazing nail expert and artist. I will be requesting him every appt from now on.
