5 Star Nails and Spa

Walked in on a Saturday morning. Served rather quickly. I got the 5 star organic pedicure lavender scent. I got regular polish and was told they aren't able to do a design with regular. It did smudge afterward, but they were willing to do a polish change, so that makes it 5 star to me. Atmosphere nice and relaxing.

I went a couple days back and had a man do mine nails. I didn’t think to get his name but he had a long pinky nail finger. 😂 He did amazing. I told him to do them as naturally thin as possible and short. He did exactly that. ❤️❤️

If I could leave zero stars I would. As soon as my nails were “done” I went to the nail salon I typically get them done at and paid all over again to have them FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!! The reason I didn’t go there originally was because it was the day before a holiday and they were extremely busy. I figured I would try this place. HUGE MISTAKE. NEVER AGAIN. The lady started off horrible… I told her the polish I initially picked out and wanted, to change it. She started painting the first nail & had to dip the brush 5 times. It was empty!!! I told her it was empty several times & I could see my nails through the polish. She ignored me the first time then stated it would be even when she finished the top coat. I love how they treat me. Always good experience.

Baby Blue nails: Man cut nails way too short when she asked for long and he messed up and had to file down all of them very short and didnt put them near the cuticle Burgundy: burned all of her fingers until they were purple and bleeding on the cuticle and fingers were swollen. Asked for glitter and didnt get it. Man walked away without telling her her amount to pay. Teal: Man was very nice and gentle but he made nails a little too short for what i asked for but he did an overall good job. One nail popped of after only three days when i was washing my hands.
