5 Star Beauty

I would give one star but they don't deserve that. But they also don't deserve 5 stars. I have been dying to check out this store ever since it opened. I finally got a chance to check it out. The quickest way to lose business with me is to have cheap product put under lock and key. I went in to get some nails for a date I have this weekend. The selection was great and amazing. Unfortunately the nails I wanted were locked. I get locking up the more expensive handmade nails. But to lock up Kiss brand nails that are under 20 dollars is ridiculous. I was standing there looking and looking. No help was offered to me. And I'm not going to ask for help when a business decides to lock up cheap product. You should be asking me if I need help when its your product that you locked up. They even have

I purchased a wig for my spouse and Michelle helped her put in on. She went above and beyond to make sure my wife was satisfied. Michelle recommended a few other products , which we purchased, and they were all good. My wife loves it. Thank you Michelle

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! I purchased from here a few times but tonight experience was something else. I was being watched like a hawk. By one of the owners and they had a young girl following me. So I played their game and stood around as long as the young girl kept following me. I can’t look at your selection of hair??? I mean you do carry multiple brands! It’s not my fault that we have ignorant people in the neighborhood who make it a habit to steal. I will no longer support. Their African American staff are cool, but the main staff (Korean, Vietnamese, etc), smh…. Stop opening businesses in these neighborhoods if you don’t like/trust the people that support your business.

I always have a good experience when i visit. The beautiful black lady with the low fro is extremely helpful! She know most thing f natural hair care products to wig restoration! The store has wigs beads, hair care products, skincare products, clothing and much more. This isn’t a black owned business ,but they don’t follow you around and are will to help with questions you may have. Ask for samples the usually have a few products you can try out (sample versions) and they will have it in stock if you choose to purchase! 5 stars for me.

Dont support this business. They watch you like a hawk. Very uncomfortable and demeaning. Im over 50 and have never stolen anything in my life. If you value your dignity i would recommend you shop somewhere else.
