I entered the store at approximately 7:45pm, fully aware they were closing soon, and moved quickly while keeping track of the time. Most of the store lights were already turned off, so I was using my phone flashlight to see the products. As I was moving fast, male employee, an older Asian man, told me, “It’s time to go.” It was 7:43pm. I responded that I understood, I was watching the time, and that I was trying to move fast. Less than a minute later, due to the lack of lighting, I gave up walked directly to the register to check out. Terrible terrible terrible. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I purchased a nail drill from this place. First day when I brought it home the drill piece wouldn’t fit in the chamber. I thought it was me. So I called and no one wanted to help. I decided to bring it back. I spoke to Alex. Alex proceed to check to see if the drill worked. I watched him do exactly as I did and it did NOT work. He then opened the last 3 boxes in front of me and NONE of the drills worked. I wanted my money back. But Alex said he could only offer a store credit since the manager Ms.Choi had the power to refund. So I accepted the store credit and decided to call the next day . Poor customer service by the manager Choi. She refused to honor an exchange despite having a receipt, insisting that her employee “didn’t give me the right receipt” during my return. I lost $52 in return money because she wouldn’t take responsibility or try to fix what her employee messed up

I’m seriously obsessed with this place The customer service is amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful without being pushy unlike other beauty supply stores. They have everything you could possibly need: makeup, skincare, wigs, jewelry, lashes, even cute clothes and accessories. It’s like a beauty lover’s dream all in one store. Every time I come in, I find something new to purchase. Can't recommend it enough!
