5 Elements Skin & Nails Spa

I've been going to 5 Elements over a year now and Terry has never disappointed me. Her work is exceptional and can't be matched. I've given her complete creative control and her work is impeccable. I always and consistently get compliments on my nails time after time. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The salon is very clean. My photos don't do the beauty of the nails justice...Highly recommend!!!!

First time here and Ting did an amazing job on my gel manicure. I swear she took off years worth of cuticles. It made me realize other salons don’t take their time on that step at all. It’s been over a week and nails still look flawless.

Vicky did an amazing job for my first visit here. She was patient and respectful of my requests to limit chemicals and avoid UV lights on my nails. Easy to communicate with and super friendly. The place I went to prior to 5 elements did a terrible job with my dip and it was SUPER thick. Vicky had to work hard to remove it and never complained. She made sure my new dip set was thin and easy to work with. I will definitely be returning and choosing her each time!

I was happy going there for mani and pedi - Terry is the best!- until recently when they started changing appointment times without letting people know and without sending any reminders the previous day like they used to. Yesterday, happened for the second time in the past 3 months and if I haven’t accidentally called I would have missed my appointment. What is really upsetting is that they claim they called me but they didn’t. Also, the receptionist kind of through his hands in the air when I confronted him showing him the appointment confirmation and no recent calls from the place.
