I live and work here. I appreciate the staff. They are responsive and courteous. I treat them well and they treat me well. Parking is a problem as this was designed to be a walking community. We are working with the Council Office to resolve issues.

As an owner of the business across the street I called to talk through solutions about parking and communicate things the previous management company did to offer solutions. I was met with complete disrespect, rude communication and this individual hung up on me. This is just so sad and disgraceful. This is why our communities suffer. Attitude, no team work and just rude behavior. This is not the answer or solution. This property since its conception has just been a source of anger and frustration for the community.

I don’t know why this place is getting such bad reviews. I’ve had a wonderful experience here with almost no problems. Is it overpriced? Yes. But for the price, you’re getting a place with all new appliances, a well maintained building, and good staff. The building is new construction, and sometimes has problems you’d expect from a new building. I’ve never felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. There’s security at night. The staff has kind of scrambled because they opened right before covid hit, but that’s kind of to be expected considering NO ONE knew what was happening. I’d recommend renting here.

The day I moved here the very first day my bathroom had water linkage from the ceiling and I moved here in May and it's still not prepared. My unit is being entered into the maintenance is very very poor and some staff here has poor professional skills. It's a nightmare from he'll. Some staff are rude especially management . you can't find out who's in charge here this is another good

My experiences at 4252 Crenshaw has been excellent the staff there and other offices that I called We're extremely helpful they welcome you they are professional and efficient remember this they newly constructed building so staff is very busy touring perspective residence as far as mr. Levi Jones I think he's awesome in my opinion very thorough he explains the procedures since this is still under construction from what to wear or not wear to text instead of call because they may be with residence if one can't follow instructions that is no fault of the staff back in the day I remember I was always at the total experience then to Maverick Flats no danger I'm so confident I claiming a unit that I haven't even been chosen for to the negative reviewer I just have one question who attacked yo
