4 Her Beauty Supply

I am a regular customer who shops here frequently, sometimes twice a week. Although the staff is usually unpleasant, I continued coming because the location was convenient to the salon I worked at. During my most recent visit, I was publicly confronted by both the owner and cashier at checkout and questioned about driving a coworker’s car. I was told she was “not allowed” due to a previous situation that I had absolutely no knowledge of. This was addressed in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and completely inappropriate. The situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner. Customers should not be publicly confronted or made to feel uncomfortable while simply trying to make a purchase.

Customer service is poor. Came into the store asked for braiding hair he pointed to the back i asked for the aisle number he said back wall no price stickers on product. I asked for boho hair he said back there. Sir I don’t know about this some assistance would be nice. He preceded to say “what’s wrong with you people today”. The store is nice stocked and clean but prices are higher than other stores. After I told him it would be nice if someone actually showed me where certain products were he refused my purchase which was fine I didn’t want it anymore anyways. I went to Ponchatoula beauty supply the owner walked with me to get everything I needed and I save 6$.

I come to this store because it’s close to my salon and I try to come in get what I need and get out because if you ask these arrogant people a question the response is rude today me and my daughter went by at 7:45 and the young guy met me at my car saying do you know what you want because I’m about to close and I said yes I do I only came because the website says you close at 8 he said ok I’m ready to close! as if the time on the internet meant nothing I’ve sent clients there same rude treatment. I hate to drive across town for quick salon items but this is too much I’m Done!

Stop in to look for hair products. Nice store

Very clean ans organized. Not a single thing was out of order in this store. Each aisle was very spacious, the shelves were immaculate and neat as could be. I was able to find everything I needed with ease.
