I I typically do not write bad reviews, however my experience today was disturbing and forces me to warn other potential customers. I have returned to Jen several times with the same goal in mind for my hair. She arrived at the salon 30 minutes late unapologetic. Understanding that things happen I never mentioned it. I sat down in the chair, and she advised me that while my color was processing she was leaving to pick her daughter up. It was a little worrisome that she would not be there to monitor my processing time. While this should have been enough for me walk out, I moved forward with my appointment. I made a suggestion for my color and Jen completely lost it. She denied me service and warned the other stylist not to assist me. I have been getting my hair done professionally for over

Michele was amazing!! My daughter had changed what she wanted which caused Michele to have to get her daughter, who is also very sweet, go buy more of the color my daughter wanted. My daughter has so much hair!! Anyway, I highly recommend her!!

If you're looking for a place to have any of the 3Cs, cut, curl. &/or color, at a reasonable price and your not in need of all the frills more expensive salons offer, for way more money, look no further! My fav is Tina, she's been cutting my hair for over 15 years and I've never had a bad cut. She does exactly what I ask her to do every time. Making an appointment is pain free and their location of Greenbag Rd. is an easy in and out. What are you waiting for? Make the call!

Jen is amazing. She puts a lot of time and effort into making sure I love my hair every time. And I do!
