My interaction with Jessica Liu at America Realty Center, Inc left much to be desired. I found her as a buyer agent to be unqualified and unprofessional, with a troubling tendency to conceal certain drawbacks of the property I purchased. This lack of transparency ultimately left me dissatisfied with my investment. Moreover, her communication skills were severely lacking. Despite my efforts to address concerns and seek clarification, she consistently refused to engage, leading to feelings of neglect and frustration on my part. What's more concerning is that there were instances where it appeared she actively avoided communication and even went so far as to blacklist customers who dared to raise valid questions or criticisms.
