Katie is amazing! She is a sports medicine therapist, massage therapist and she teaches strength and conditioning. I will admit I am getting a bit up in years but, I don’t let it slow me down. Unfortunately it has led me to some muscle and joint issues. Katie has now helped me with my sciatica (resolved) and now my knee (very recent). She has now not only helped me with some manipulation, but also massage and teaching me strength and conditioning exercises. Thank you Katie, I am so happy I found you!

While on vacation in Colorado, I was referred to Katie for help with chronic back and neck pain. Katie is an amazing therapist and trainer. My session with her was a perfect highlight during my vacation. I've never had such a great experience with anyone who did so much to make me feel better. The next time that I visit Colorado, I will make sure that I set aside time to see her again. Amazing!

Katie is, to put it simply, AMAZING!! She is so knowledgeable and understands the anatomy and physiology very well. She is great at getting into the tight knots, using different techniques and modalities to help and listens well, when in my case it can be too much. With a chronic pain disease/disability, she does a fantastic job at providing me relief. Plus, she is an incredible person to get to know. I highly recommend you try her out and can be blessed with knowing this kind soul as well. You won't regret it:)

I am highly impressed with Katie's work. The combination of massage and exercise sessions provide a lasting cure to headaches. She also greatly helped me with recovery from post-concussive syndrome. The exercises she recommended were essential to my recovery.
