327 Nail Salon（Kelly)

I went to 327 sand lane nail salon yesterday to get my nails done. I called Saturday and asked how much for SNS DIP POWDER WITH TIPS they told me 45$. I got in Sunday 11/24 and I said hello do you have time for SNS dip powder with tips they said yes wait 10 minutes.. waited about 25 minutes which was fine I was a walk in no appt was made. When I asked to pick out a color they gave me the gel colors and I had said this is gel and they said oh hunny acrylic with tip and gel is better. I said nicely oh no it’s ok I like SNS I’ve been getting it for 7 years can I see the dip powder colors she gives me them I pick one out so fast bc now she’s starting my nails I picked a nice burgundy. She starts my nails and is still going on about how acrylic tips with gel is better and I said again nicely

I usually do not place bad reviews but after supporting this local nail salon for 4yrs , the last 2 times I went there 4 of my nails were infected due to poor sterilization of equipment. The last time I went there I realized they used the cuticle clippers on my nails and just placed them back in the drawer without sterilization. Now I have to remove my acrylics and let my nails grow to get rid of the fungus. Please be careful and if you go there make sure they sterilize properly. Good Luck

Never go to the lady all the way in the back last chair on the left next to the bathroom/back door #1 she always cuts me & makes me bleed when doing cuticles & when I say always I mean every single time I went to her #2 today I went & decided to do a manicure & then 5 minutes into the manicure I decided I wanted to do a pedicure because I saw they have a special so once I told her that her mood completely changed and she started yapping away and rushing my manicure putting no effort at all & that’s when she cut me, She even put lotion on my hands when it was all done and didn’t even massage them, just got the hot rag & then I went for the pedicure and once again she still got this horrible energy and rushes my pedicure also and at the very end of the pedicure she turns hot water all the w

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in for a dip powder manicure, FIRST OFF, the place wasnt busy so thst should have been sign one to leave.. The woman starts my nails & immediately cuts my cuticle!!!! Then tried to be acetone on it!! I started screaming from the pain. She apologized and said it wouldnt happen again. 2 HOURS LATER my nails are uneven and stained from the powder.. Weird bc i have went to other salons for dip powder and NEVER have i left with stained fingertips.. She tries to charge me 65$ when her board says 50. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They refused to help then told me if " i wanted them fixed i would have to wait 20-25 for someone else to be finished!!!What a nightmare!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACEEE!!!

OMG I wish I saw the review about the infection before I went here! The lady was so rough with pushing & cutting my cuticles even after I told her don’t do it so hard. Of course she pulled so hard, I started bleeding. After that I said forget the painting, I’m just going to leave with my nails only half done. They still charged me full price though! Will never go back here.
