Phelan is amazing! Until seeing her, I was still consistently driving back to my hometown over 3 hours from Iowa City to see my childhood hair stylist. It was so hard for me to trust anyone else with my hair! I knew I needed to find a new hair stylist in Iowa City, and Phelan easily became my new "go to." She does an amazing job with my hair every time! My highlights are bright and blond without harsh root lines that allow my hair to grow out naturally. I would definitely recommend seeing Phelan!
Phelan always knows how to bring my hair dreams to life!!! Will continue to drive 3+ hours to get my hair done by her!!
