3 diamonds have been around for years! It was our one and only hair store for like ever until the hair store came on 192. I’ll still choose 3diamonds and Adel over any other hair store the city has!! I hope they continue to strive and be prosperous! Thanks Adel!!

Went there today to buy human hair, I asked for 100% human hair, they gave me what they thought was human hair and even asked me to let them know how it is because it’s a new product. When I got it installed and styled it I realized it was in fact not human hair but a blend of human hair and synthetic hair. On the label it read 100% human hair, however the fine print reads 100% human hair added to synthetic hair. I went back thinking this would be an easy fix but they told me “you get what you pay for”. I explained that I was sold something I didn’t ask for and that they didn’t understand the product they were selling because they thought it was 10

Good selection but only ok customer service

I dread coming to this beauty supply I prefer the one on 192 or Malabar. This one has horrible energy. No greeting when you come in or check out. They act as if they don’t want to speak to you. If u go far in the back one of the workers come rushing to where u are to see what you’re doing like it isn’t plenty of camera’s. This store is not welcoming at all. We need to spend our black dollars where they are valued and not judged

Excellent store. They have a wide selection of braiding hair and other beauty supplies. Bassem was very helpful with finding exactly what I was looking for.
