2Q Nails

My daughter and I went in today for a Valentine’s Day pampering for ourselves and were highly disappointed!! First of all, we showed pictures of what we wanted to the people doing our nails and asked if it was possible to be done because they were designs but they were not that extravagant. But that should have been when I took my business elsewhere. Instead, they insisted it could be done (one of the designs came from the reviews on their website so someone there did them for someone else). Anyways two hours later, my daughter did not get the nails she asked for instead they did something they wanted. Her nails at least look good, they just didn’t turn out the way she wanted. The real problem was my toes. I could have done a better job myself on the so called design I received. After all

My daughter & I love the staff at 2Q nails. This is my go-to place for pedi’s. Clean/relaxed environment, various price points/options, and a great variety of polish colors. We love Ellen and Ken for mani/nail enhancements. They both are extremely detailed and creative. Most recently Ellen understood the assignment for my daughter's birthday nails!! Thank you! 🥰

Ellen was great for my pedicure! My daughter and I went in without an appointment on a Sunday. We had less than a 15 minute wait, and were able to sit in the massaging chairs while we waited. Thanks Ellen for a fantastic experience!

Had me waiting even after I left—told to come back in an hour, returned after an hour and 15 minutes, and still waited another 15 minutes. The “hot stone” massage during the pedicure wasn’t hot at all, tech waited too long —and the stone cooled off completely, the polish needed another coat (visibly see-through), and I was overcharged for the manicure and gel polish. For the “Bubbles” pedicure with the 12-minute hot stone massage and a gel polish manicure, they charged me $107. The polish started chipping by day 3 (today). Pictures don’t capture all the flaws with the uneven nail polish coats/color. Staff was nice, but overall not a $107 experience. Still uncertain how I was charged that price. They tried their best I suppose…

Ellen is the sweetest and this is my favorite set I’ve gotten. They really take their time with you and I left feeling brand new. Definitely the best nail salon around!
