2NE1 Spa Foot Reflexology

One of my best friends and I went for the 1st time yesterday. We had no idea what to expect. When we walked in the owner was so incredibly nice. We did not have to wait and were taken back immediately. The place is very clean and relaxing. Even though the "techs" spoke little English they were very pleasant. It was so relaxing and felt amazing. The people leaving one star reviews are either trolls or dont know what a real massage is. I could not have been happier with the services the atmosphere and the employees. Very professional and courteous. 5+* Will definitely be going back.!!

A friend of mine told me that this was a great massage, so I called them. Got an appointment the same day. It was an incredible deep tissue massage. Hurt like heck, but in a good way. I feel refreshed. My muscles feel GREAT. They were very polite. Very inexpensive. I was so impressed I bought two gift certificates for my friends so they could try it out. ****Excellent Massage**** Oh yeah, one thing was they want you to pay in cash and hand the tip directly to the person. Weird, but who cares.

My husband and I previously had positive experiences with them, receiving several massages without issues. However, my recent visit yesterday was a disaster, and I won't be returning. The masseuse, a lady, performed the worst, most painful massage I've ever endured. I had to interrupt her multiple times to say she was causing me pain. Her pressure was so intense, I joked to myself that I thought I was being pranked ('punked'). The massage table was annoyingly squeaky and rocking, making me worry it might collapse. Afterward, when paying by credit card, the owner asked if I wanted to add a tip. I declined, and he seemed to wait to see my cash tip amount before processing the card transaction. I tipped $5, and he commented, 'Most people give 20%.' I retorted that most massages are pleasant a

If I could give negative stars, I would. The owner was so mean to me and what I got was not foot reflexology. The guy doing Foot reflexology didn’t even know what I was talking about and proceeded to rub on my thighs when I only wanted my feet touched. He was rough and at times the massage was painful. He also put hot stones on my legs that burned me that I didn’t ask for and then attempted to do it again after I said not to. After this negative experience, the owner asked me to leave a tip. I said I didn’t have it today and especially since the service wasn’t what I asked for. I wasn’t going to leave a tip. He yelled at me and told me to never come back to his business.

Anyone commenting that it hurt is b/c they weren't looking for a real massage. They were looking for some fru fru spa experience with white people who barely touch you. Everyone that works at this place has strong hands, and really work out all the stress I hold in my body/muscles. Thank you and see you again soon, no doubt.
