Thank you Arsenia for my great hair cut! Love your Hair Studio, You won’t find loud blaring music just an awesome vibe here and plenty of beautiful plants. Arsenia was attentive and super kind. I’m visiting from out of town but this is my new place when I return.

I travel from Beacon, NY all the way to east Broadway to get my hair done... Hands down! Arsenia is one of the best, she does beautiful work all around. I've never left her salon feeling disappointed. She is a true artist.

I recently went to 245 East Hair Studio and I wanted to color my hair blue. I had been contemplating this for some time, but finally made up my mind and Approached Arsenia the owner and one of the stylists at 245 East Hair Studio. I had such a pleasant experience and couldn't be more satisfied with my hairstyle and color. I get compliments quite frequently and highly recommend getting your hair done with Arsenia. She was patient, and is very professional and knows what she is doing!

Very unprofessional people working there. The door is locked and the workers have to stop what they are doing to open and lock the door in/out. They should install a buzzing lock where a button unlocks. States one price on lists and when you sit down in the chair the owner snuck a ":conditioner fee" in because she said she thought it would help my hair. Mind you she didn't ask my permission to use it or tell me the price increase if she adds it. So from $15 it became $25. I questioned it and she went back and forth with me saying she thought it would help the knots come out. Okay again you have to discuss it with customers. At first maybe I wasn't upset but I felt like she was blindly robbing me and laughing it off as oh you know it'll help you. "okay I'll drop it to $23" I should of walke
