This place is so good, thanks to our haircutter, Kelly, who is the best! Every year I go back to her to get my haircut. Her attention to detail is so precise and she never fails to make my hair look great. Even when I got my hair highlighted she chose the color for me. But of course, all the other staff are amazing too!

5 stars are not enough for Elaine!!!!❤️ From the moment I arrived, Elaine made me feel completely comfortable. Her professionalism is impeccable: she listens to what you want, and puts all her talent into every detail. The haircut she gave me was simply perfect, exactly what I had envisioned and even better! It’s clear that she loves what she does because she works with such unique dedication, carefully perfecting every movement to ensure the result is spectacular. I left the salon feeling renewed, happy and beautiful🥹💕I definitely recommend Elaine to anyone looking for quality service, passion, and flawless results. She is truly a hair artist!!!!🥰

I came in to get my ends cut and a blowout and I trust this place so much, which is why I come often. However, this was not the case today. I told the hairdresser I needed to just cut my ends because they were dry and then she kept on saying "you hair is so dry..so thin" and I was like okay, yeah it is. Then, when she finished the cut, I asked if she could blowdry since I always get it done there, and she said "No, I can't your hair is too thin." I usually get my blow outs done by myself so I don't understand why she couldn't just comply with what I requested. It was very frustrating because i love this place but I felt like the results did not satisfy me at all.

this is my second visit here, I was a walk in around 12pm on a Friday and it wasn’t too busy at all compared to the last time I visited. My hairdresser was Cho (apologies if misspelled) and she was very attentive to my requests, gentle with my hair and kind. The full service was done in a timely and professional manner. I showed her 3 inspo pictures I had in mind and she did a decent job in achieving a mix of the hairstyles I showed her. My only wish is that I would’ve liked it a lot better if it came out more alternative looking like the photos attached. But I appreciate that she did an amazing job at keeping the length of my hair and the thickness, which is more important to me. The lady who washed my hair also did an incredible job at getting deep in my scalp and it was very relaxing. I

I was so incredibly disappointed and annoyed by my experience here. I walked in on a whim looking for a simple and easy trim to hold myself over until my regular hair stylist had availability in a few weeks. The lady ended up completely ruining the texture of my long, beautiful, thick hair. I had asked for a simple trim with some face framing layers and some long layers in the back. The cut/trim portion was fine, but she completely overused those texturizing thinning shears and by the end it felt like she completely ruined the texture of my thick, full hair and I left with a frizzy mess. It seriously seemed like she used the thinning shears more than the regular cutting shears, and even when I asked her to stop and said I didn't want anything else cut, she just laughed it off and continue
