⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience! I walked in and was taken care of right away. Piper serviced me from start to finish and her customer service was a solid 10/10 friendly, attentive, and very professional. Shawn topped off my visit with a paraffin wax at the end of my service, which was such a nice touch. Overall, the experience was excellent. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this salon!

I’ve been going to Shawn at 1st Nails for over three years and have loved every set and design. Cindy and Piper also take great care of my pedicures. Appointments are never rushed — I can relax, watch a movie, and enjoy great conversation while the time flies. It’s appointment-only, which I love because the service feels personal and attentive. After trying several nail salons in the Humble area, I finally found 1st Nails — and I’m not going anywhere!

I came to this salon after being disappointed by another salon and needless to say they didn't disappoint. The young lady that did my nails did an awesome job. I wish I had gotten her name. She was friendly and professional Thank you

To start off I’m never one to leave a review. If I’m not happy then I usually call it a loss and move on with my life. Ima take the loss on this one BUT google needs some new reviews. Walking in the atmosphere is definitely inviting. You’re greeted and made feel welcome. But the service was less than expected given the previous reviews. I showed the nail tech a picture before starting and she assured me it could be done. So I felt happy! I didn’t care the cost! But as the nail service continued on she didn’t pay attention to detail and rushed thru the nails. At first I was happy with them but that was until I stepped outside into natural light and could actually see them without all the cuticle oil she heavily used on my hands to cover the glue/ top coat she left all over my nails and skin

Found this family oriented place about 6 months ago and have been coming here ever since… all the techs never miss a beat, they are friendly and professional. Their quality matches their person!! Highly recommended
