Expanding our firm was exciting, but honestly, the process of finding suitable office space was overwhelming. Every option we saw was just added to stress. Fortunately, a client of ours referred us to Empower Properties, and from the very first handshake, something felt positive to us. The team genuinely understood what we were going through, the pressure, the timelines, and the fear of making the wrong choice. Every concern, every doubt, every ‘what if’ was handled with patience and clarity. What truly astonished us was how smooth they made the entire transition. From shortlisting the right location to coordinating the smallest details, they were consistently supportive. They made the shift easier than we ever imagined.

This has been, without question, the worst experience I’ve had as a tenant. I run a home health and hospice agency, and I find the ongoing issues in this building power outages, a leaking roof, and an air conditioner that was down for four weeks far more stressful on a weekly basis than the constant changes happening in healthcare. If I could give this building less than one star, I would. I strongly urge you not to rent here. If you doubt my experience, visit the building during business hours and speak with any current occupant. Look I’ve even attached a picture to show you power outages and leaked roofing. Don’t rent here, save yourself the headache.

The "fixed" roof is leaking and it broke my computer. I have asked about reimbursement and they have ghosted me. Power outages are common. AC was out for weeks. Tenants are moving out left and right. Parking lot is unkept. Trash is piling up in the back. RV is parked in the back, someone might be living in it idk.

extremely poor management. This management company chained their doors closed during the winter storm denying access to all business owners!! I understand to close the business but to lock us out?? Even when the weather permitted the building was still closed and when i asked them if they would be taking the amounot off the rent? NO! They say they rely on the rent payments to stay in business. You need your business or supplies to make money to pay them! They dont care about the tenants only focused on getting your money! Steer clear of this place.

Worst customer service you will ever experience. No manager or maintenance on site like they claim. They will ignore phone calls and emails. Do NOT rent here. Worst company you’ll ever deal with.
