First off, shout out to Michael, who cut my hair. Very friendly and professional. I showed him some pics of what I was going for and he let me know what he was doing every step of the way and making sure I liked it. Walking in, they’re very welcoming, always offering a water bottle to their clients. Something that was really convenient was their website and how they contact you if there are any changes. Originally I was supposed to be in the Pell st location, but they let me know more than 24 hours in advanced that it’s changed to the Mulberry location. Overall, 10/10 experience and will definitely come back.

Kenny at 12Pell is incredible. The consultation was exactly what I needed. He’s super chill and made the whole process easy. I walked in knowing nothing about hair care and walked out looking fresh with the knowledge to keep it that way. Thanks, Kenny, see you soon!

Tim is the best barber I’ve ever had. He was super attentive great at answering all my basic questions and put together a thoughtful but sustainable styling guide personalized to me. Highly recommend anyone looking for a super positive change.
