1+1 Hair Salon

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. This is one of the place I use to like for my hair and my mom hair done. NOW, NOT SO MUCH. It’s my last time being here. The lady might have her way to have her clients waiting for hour even with appointments but WE ARE NOT. I always make appointment to come in because my and my mom hair should be 3-4 hours (ONLY IF SHE HAS NOONE BOOKED AT THE SAME TIME). Second, communicate is not their strong side. Unless you are Chinese, you can’t make them understood. Third, no matter how you request them to be on time for you. They are not going to. Sum up, don’t waste your time. I was but DONE from now on.

I had a very good experience! This was my second time going to 1+1 Hair Salon and I was satisfied last time. I came in to get some layers to my medium-long hair. They shampooed and conditioned my hair first and then went into cutting it. Ash was great to work with. I was able to show him pictures of what I wanted and he was able to achieve the look I was going for. He was reassuring that I liked the length during the process. The haircut came out great!! I would highly recommend going here! Very nice people too!

This was my first time visiting this salon. I took my daughter to get her hair cut and they gave us the best service! When they washed my daughter's hair they massaged it and it felt cleaner than ever! They are very professional and were able to remove all of my daughter's split ends without removing any of the length. I am bringing my other daughter to get her hair cut and I asked if they offer hair oil treatments and they said yes I will bring my other daughter to try the oil treatment. They were very kind and polite! I will definitely be back!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I called ahead to ask about availability, and they said they were completely open and set my appointment time. However, when I arrived, no one even asked for my name or confirmed my appointment, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes after being seated with zero communication. There was no one at the front desk to talk to, and when I finally asked how long it would take, I was told “soon.” Later, someone called to apologize but blamed the delay on other customers being late — which isn’t a valid excuse when I could have easily been notified to come later. She also mentioned that one of the stylists couldn’t speak English, which completely missed the point — the issue wasn’t language, it was the total lack of professionalism and courtes

I had many bad haircuts until I finally found David and his team at 1+1 Hair Salon. Their technique with scissors, color, curling irons and blowouts is the best! My hair has never looked so good, which is why I’ve been going here for over 5 years! In fact, my recent appointment was so amazing that it inspired me to post my very first public review.
