Purchased a second round of blood work. I went in for the blood work and afterwards was informed I will not be receiving a 10x comprehensive report only a print out from the place that drew the blood. There is no refund due to I took the blood test even though there was no prior notice that they have changed their services they provide. I paid a premium rate for this 10X comprehensive report breakdown . I am getting a service that would have costed half the rate going through my doctor. Buyer we aware of bate and switch. PS My rep told me after the blood work that they are having a technical issue which is why I did receive the 10x comprehensive report from 10X, yet they will give me no refund or credit for their oversight and lack of properly informing me the consumer.
