101 Gigi Nails & Spa

Today I had the best manicure experience ever! I sat with Ivy and she helped me pick a beautiful blue cat eye color. She was so sweet and easy to talk to and made sure my nails came out perfect! Kathy was so friendly and made me feel like I was out with friends laughing and joking with us all! These woman are professionals with a warm inviting atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Gigi nails!

All around great experience here! Booked a same day appointment online and they were very transparent about the price ahead of time - listed on the website and also made sure to go over it in person. Ann was fantastic, she made a suggestion for my nails that I absolutely love and wouldn’t have thought of on my own. She was also very meticulous with shaping them. Super clean, brand-new feeling salon which is a bonus. Will definitely be back!

This was my second time at this salon, trying out the dazzle dry system. My first time the nails lasted a month and I had a great experience based on my experience this time I won’t be coming back. The polish number 634 clearly should’ve been thrown away and I guess I’m dealing with the issues that came from not throwing it out. My nail technician was friendly, but was struggling to use the polish as it was super goofy and clearly old. She had to redo four of my nails for different issues while she was applying and was getting annoyed at me for some reason. It got to the point where I just wanted to get out of there. Two hours later, one of the nails is chipped two of the ones that she had to redo are super wavy. Super disappointing as I had an event tonight that I wanted my nails to loo

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I came in for ombré with a narrow square for my wedding nails. I got the attached photos... This was the result after I asked them to redo the ombré the first time because it came out so poorly. Then, I went back later and had her reshape them and they came out almost worse. I had to go to a new location. They refunded me the $30 for the failed ombré and didn’t refund me for the rest. It took me all day just to get a manicure. My suggestion is walk an extra .3 miles to go to Downtown Nails - they saved my nails!

I went to Ann and had a wonderful experience, she did my nails amazingly and just like my reference photo, a truly great experience
