Great Office Space I rented a room at 101 Elm Office and had a fantastic experience. The space is beautifully renovated, with a modern and professional feel. The location is incredibly convenient—right downtown with a parking deck adjacent to the building, making access easy. The building also offers great amenities that add to the overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality office space!

Great office space in downtown Greensboro. The location is convenient and there are good parking options within the same block. That's not always the case with downtown office locations! The building is spacious, always clean and the recent renovation looks great. They also have outstanding amenities, from spacious kitchens to an on-premise workout facility that comes complimentary with your office space. Highly recommend!

The facility and staff are top notch for startups and established businesses looking for executive office space. The amenities are absolutely the best. Originally we were looking for a virtual mailbox but once we got here and toured the facility we were hooked. As we needed to grow we just added another suite to our lease. Break rooms are nice and super clean, the fitness center is wonderful. All the utilities and internet are built into the rent. Rent is super affordable, and to top it off we have a location in the heart of downtown Greensboro!

Our firm has been here for around 20 years in this building. The improvements that they have completed are amazing, with a very modern, sleek look. Management is very attentive and willing to help whenever needed. Workout facility is open to all in the building. Great place to have an office with a central location to downtown and the courthouses.
