It’s one of those buildings that gives you that calm, professional vibe the second you pull up: clean, well-kept, and looks like it’s run by people who actually care. Shay Carlley is a terribly dishonest manager, good luck trying to get honesty or respect out of her. Some of the worst management skills. Read about.. we had the worst experience speaking with her. She lied that our lease was renewed to find out that it wasn’t.

Terrible company. Clear lease provisions that are broken. High amenity fees yet amenities always broken too. Very unclear instructions to tenants when it comes time to document anything. Don’t recommend.

Terrible maintenance! I called to have the wood underneath my sink replaced. Instead of just replacing the wood, the maintenance worker removed my brand new garbage disposal! Then he lied to my face and said it was leaking from the cord. I had a plastic garbage covering under my entire sink since the disposal was replaced, which has remained dry ever since. The maintenance workers simply wanted paid for extra work that wasn't necessary. This has now resulted in a completely new leak at the shut off valve that's now damaging the newly and poorly installed wood. I also asked for the latch for my showers access panel to be fixed rather than screwed shut. Reasons being because it's not correct and not long ago the hot water was leaking in my shower.
