They stole my money, I paid with a gift card and said that the transaction had not been registered in their system and I gave them the audio of the last transactions and the name of their business appeared and the amount did not trust my products and they kept my money and they got a terrible deal, I had to call the police but sadly they did nothing, I do not recommend it.

I came here a couple times and honestly the lady there is rude. she presents herself as racist and it’s so uncomfortable. I said thank you multiple times and she just seemed annoyed. Also there was a black female that was shopping and she kept switching back and forth between the cameras just to look at her. I felt so bad for her because little did she know she was being watched. The female didn’t show any signs of suspicion at all. Mind you the other times I go the man that works there is so KIND. I hope everytime I walk in the store he is there. He doesn’t mind answering questions about any product. He also gave me free drill bits because he forgot to charge me and didn’t want me to pay the fee using card. I honestly hope the lady sees this and fixes the way she runs her business. She do

I think the lady owner of the shop focus on her phone more than her customers. Last time I went, there were couple of people in line ready to check out. However, the lady was already at the check out area, but she didn’t bother to do her job. Still trying to have a conversation with someone she’s face-timing. I went back today and same thing. But she had her daughter to do the job, and she still busy with her phone. Even though there’s a customer asking questions about some products.

I had a horrible experience here, definitely would not recommend making the drive to this store i arrived at 5:00 and online it says they close at 6:00 the second i walked through the door the lady their said i only have 5 minutes to look and followed me in every isle making it hard for me to even feel comfortable to shop i definitely do not recommend at all. To also mention everything is so over priced and looks extremely old they didn’t have much variety of acrylic.
