1 Day Spa

I saw the great reviews of this establishment and decided to try it myself. I booked an appointment yesterday in the SquareUp app and eagerly awaited my 6:00 p.m., 1-hr massage session today. I arrived and was greeted by Sandra and Jasmin. Immediately, I was escorted to the room where I prepared for my massage. 5 minutes later, Sandra came into the room and inquired about my problem areas. After a brief discussion about preferred pressure and problem areas, she began the session. Her pressure was perfect. She worked out the knots and aching muscles along my upper / lower back, glutes, and sciatica. Her technique was very effective and relaxing. Sandra's combination of palm and fist compressions and kneading brought instant relief to my sore, aching muscles. This was a fantastic experience,

I've been seeing Yasmin for body sculpting and lymphatic massages, and I can't say enough good things about her! I had the most amazing prenatal massage and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and cared for. Sandra my therapist was incredibly knowledgeable about prenatal needs, gentle yet effective, and made sure I was supported and relaxed the entire time. Sandra is the absolute best. She has the hands of an angel & is also very kind & comforting. She communicates well & follows your body’s exact needs whether it be stress, knots or soreness. She offers a variety of services for most all body wellness needs.
