Zully’s Nail Salon

Dishonest and shabby work. Brought my 9 year old daughter in today on her birthday for a full acrylic set with gel color. The technician used colored acrylic instead, which is not what was requested. My child also has cuts on her cuticles and on the sides of her fingers and is still bleeding even after the service. Not child friendly, and they do what ever they feel, not what is requested. Lesson learned. I suppose it being a slow day is why the service for a 9yr old was upgraded. Fool me once shame on me. Not to mention this is the most basic set of nails with the most terrible shaping I’ve ever seen. Thanks for nothing. They charged 50 for this foolishness.

Went to get my nails soaked off but unfortunately they said they couldn't do that. She told ne they had to be popped off.. 😬 Only because it was liquid gel nails. I had to end up coming home to sand them down some more. Now my real nails are tow up! They only look as good as they do in the pictures because I tried to fix them once I got home.

I have been coming here faithfully ever two weeks and recently have just had one bad experience after another my nails would chip after a few days my last two appointments I guess sudden emergencies and no one xould reach out and say anything the last missed appt luckily someone else in th3 shop took care of me but today shop was closed all together. Luckily was able to find another shop as I have an event tomorrow do not recommend if you need someone reliable.

Been going to Zully's for two years now. Booking appointments can be hard because they are so popular but I am never disappointed in the service. Itzel and Zully are both amazing I'm glad I found them through work friends years ago.

I’ve tried to give this place multiple tries but this is my last time going. Almost every time I go , they cut me enough to draw blood with the drill and they don’t even care or apologize. I understand that mistakes happen as a nail tech but the fact that I get cut every time I come here and they’ve never apologized even once. Today I ended up bleeding on 3 different fingers and the nail tech just wiped it off and kept going even after I pulled my hand back in pain. Then after she cut me, she proceeds to put the drill back on the cut and draw even more blood. Then she had the nerve to look at me like I was crazy!
