This spa is just what I needed!!! They have a trifecta of therapeutic experiences, Red Light Therapy, Sauna, and Ice Bath!!! The owner is a superstar. She helped me through my first ever ice bath experience with such professionalism. Teaching me the proper way to breath helped me calm down and spend more time than I ever thought my body could handle! They even have a Zen room to just chill in and meditate! Overall a great experience, highly recommend 10/10!!

Zophia’s place spa feels so quiet and still when you walk in. I have experienced much relief in pain and stress from the infrared, sauna and ice bath. I was looking for a way to boost my recovery from workouts and minor injuries, and having the chance to try Zophia’s Place certainly made a difference! The ice bath and sauna combo is so wonderful, and I relished the feeling of renewal I’d have after a good session. Plus, being able to set aside that time for myself was priceless! Admittedly, I was little paranoid about making sure I left the spa rooms as good as I found them, but on the whole the experience of being there was worth it! I recommend it to anyone who needs the recovery boost or just a zen space with a twist 🧘🏽‍♀️🥶🥵
