Zoom Tan

I went to this location yesterday for the first time coming to Zoom Tan around 130, the girl at the counter was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and cheerful. Very clean and easy process will definitely be back very soon! Wonderful experience

Drove over from Blasdell because Southgate plaza was green in the app just to get here and the app updated this location to red. 1 turn off the 24/7 signs when that location isn't open after attended hours. 2 how can you justify saying your "24/7" at all? It is understandable that this is a work in progress, however, a lot of members are driving out of their way for no reason.

Definitely one of the better locations for sure. Stacy was a great help, choosing which lotion to get and just overall very friendly and accommodating. Salon was very clean and kept

Nice staff at the location but the bulbs are so hot we can’t even tan longer than 3 minutes. I feel physically sick afterward. Asked corporate to honor a $9.99 promotion after they charged us $39.99 for the month and they said they could only offer store credit. Just not what it used to be, I miss the old school tanning beds where you could relax and tan for 10-12 mins without an issue.

Love Zoom Tan so much. The Southgate location is amazing. The staff are all so nice. Being a little older, I am always a little nervous going somewhere that seems like mostly a younger crowd, but they are all so welcoming & they don't make me feel like I'm out of place. Everyone has been great, I especially love Stacy. She is the sweetest & she goes out of her way to explain things. She always tells me about the current sales and not in a pushy way. Thanks for having a great staff!!
