I was SOOOO happy when I walked in the door today and saw that Krissy was working. She is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, polite, courteous and has the BEST customer service. I've dealt with the other person that works here too and it felt like a whole different experience. It' night and day but Krissy is absolutely amazing. I feel it needs to be known that she really, really deserves to be recognized for all the effort that she puts in. You can tell how much her clients care about her. Because when they come in, they are like, hey girl. So glad you're here today. So it's not just me that feels this way. You're very lucky to have her!!!! Ty Krissy!!!!! 😊

Krissy was extremely knowledgeable very, very accommodating she got me into a very good package! I hardly write reviews, but I’ve been tanning for 12 years and I have never seen someone with such incredible customer service even the clients that were walking in were all saying “hey Krissy, we’re so glad to see you” So obviously I’m not the only one who feels this way! It’s just so nice to have such a beautiful, smiling face, and someone that truly truly cares about the clients and I feel very safe and very welcome by her. I’m glad she is part of the crew. Wow!!!! Absolutely amazing customer service and it was my first time ever here!!!! She is incredible and super professional and courteous to everyone! You have an absolute gem in your hands. She is so sweet and I only signed up because of her and her knowledg. She even to helped me get my app uploaded for the after hours sge really went above and beyond and she deserves to be recognized for it.Thank u Krissy!!!!!!

Krissy aww she's the very best she takes her time with every customer and makes sure everyone is happy. I have been coming to zoom tan for about 2years now and with all my experiences with the staff you know they change so often I have never experienced the expertise that I have experienced with Krissy. You really need to keep her around and watch your business explode Krissy is the friendliest and most knowledgeable about tanning as any person I have ever come across. KRISSY IS SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!!

I've been using this location off and on for a year and recently Krissy has appeared and she is such a delight to see. From her knowledge of products and her vivacious personality she makes everyone feel welcome! There is another lady(don't even know her name)that I've seen there but to her I feel invisible, there is no greeting no real interaction so now if I see her I will just skip coming and wait until I see Krissy. You have a very special employee there and I for one am so happy about that!
