Zoom Tan

Just started going back to this place and I feel like it's not as nice/clean as it once was and the booths were taken care of better, before. I just went to tan and the bed that I was given had multiple bulbs out and unfortunately I didn't notice until I was almost done. And I noticed that my tan was uneven when I got out because there were 2 bulbs out next to each other. The women that work there are very nice but when I told her she just simply said "okay thanks".

I purchased a $40 clear spray tan and they gave me a spray tan with bronzer. Management refused to give me any sort of credit. They told me I would have to go home and scrub it off and come back that night if I wanted any sort of credit. I have two babies at home and that wasn’t possible. So I just had to pay $40 for a service I did not want. So ridiculous. Why is customer service so terrible!

Anyone considering going here & definitely anyone considering a membership do yourself a favor and search Zoom Tan’s BBB reviews or the Yelp reviews and you’ll see the real reviews. This company DOES NOT CARE if you’ve been a loyal customer for years, they will not reason with billing. There’s COUNTLESS reviews of Zoom tan incorrect/fraudulent billing & not cancelling memberships when requested. I tried working it out with them multiple times before leaving this review but as you will see from the hundreds of other reviews, this company would rather trip over millions to enforce a policy that saves a dime. Well, that didn't take long. Right back to the same shit. Once again the Bee ridge location isn't open on time. And it's always the same excuse employee emergency. The emergency is pay the people who do their job so they will stay. The customer never gets any compensation when they show up to tan and the facility is closed. And if you go at a later time when they do open then you have to wait 24 hours before you can tan again. This mismanagement ends up being the customers frustration. I have been going to this Zoom Tan for years and used to love it, I got so excited when I saw they’re now open 24/7 but tried to go tonight at 9pm, the 24/7 sign was illuminated but it said something about using the app to get in. That doesn’t make sense to me as to how the beds are supposed to be sanitized im between clients and I feel like it is false advertising to say an establishment is 24/7, hang a neon sign saying so and in fact no one is working and you’re supposed to somehow unlock the door through your app and then they put the accountability on the clients to sanitize their beds after use.
