Zoom Tan

I recently signed up for a membership and overall I’ve had a really good experience so far. The salon was clean enough for my liking, the equipment seems great, and the staff have been friendly in person. However, I was really disappointed to find out after joining that there was an online promotion that would have saved me $39 on my first month. I had actually called ahead to ask about pricing and membership options, and no one mentioned this. It honestly made me feel a bit misled and frustrated, because I definitely would have signed up online if I had known. I’m hoping customer service can make this right because I do like the salon and would love to keep my membership. Transparency with pricing would really improve the experience

Every time I come into Zoom Tan, Savannah makes the experience amazing. She is always so friendly and welcoming, and she goes out of her way to make sure customers feel comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism stand out—she truly makes the whole tanning experience enjoyable. Savannah is a wonderful manager and a big reason I look forward to coming back!
